MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Dori LeGrand-Christmas, LCSW
Owner • Therapist • Certified Parent Coach
Change can be hard, brutal, and ugly, especially when you’re trying
to go it alone. We all get to different points in our lives when
we know something needs to change, even when making that change
feels easier said than done.
My goal is to support you as you navigate those changes in a safe
and nurturing therapeutic relationship, where you can build the
skills you need to reach your mental wellness goals. I believe that
YOU are the expert in your life. I am here to
offer insight, support, and guidance as you find the answers that
already reside within you.
I am an educator, therapist, and Certified Parent Coach with more
than 20 years of experience working with people with a wide range
of needs. My experience includes adolescent therapy, parenting
support, helping separated couples co-parent, family systems,
depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and challenging behaviors. I
work with individuals, couples, and families.
We all have challenges that we need to get through. My approach is
compassionate, non-judgmental, open, and honest. I believe the best
work happens within a trusting and nurturing relationship.
I want to support you as you grow, find your voice, and build
confidence so that you have the tools you need to face life’s
challenges and move toward the changes you want to make.
