INSURANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

THERAPY SHOULD FEEL MORE ACCESSIBLE.

Understanding therapy insurance, EAP benefits, and payment options can feel confusing. Inspired Hope Therapy works with select insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs, and we are happy to help you understand your options before you begin.

Coverage can vary based on your individual plan, therapist, deductible, copay, coinsurance, and other benefit requirements.

THERAPY INSURANCE & EAP PLANS WE WORK WITH.

Inspired Hope Therapy works with several insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs. Because benefits are specific to your individual plan, we recommend confirming your coverage before your first therapy session.

Insurance networks and benefits can change. If you do not see your plan listed, or you are unsure whether your benefits can be used with Inspired Hope Therapy, please contact us.

YOUR BENEFITS ARE UNIQUE TO YOUR PLAN.

Having the same insurance company does not always mean having the same therapy benefits. Your out-of-pocket cost can depend on your specific plan, deductible, copay, coinsurance, authorization requirements, and other coverage rules.

If insurance feels difficult to understand, you are not alone. We can help you identify the information that matters so you have a clearer idea of what to expect before beginning therapy.

01

Copay

A set amount your insurance plan may require you to pay for each covered therapy session.

02

Deductible

The amount you may need to pay toward covered healthcare services before your insurance begins sharing the cost.

03

Coinsurance

A percentage of the covered cost that may remain your responsibility after your deductible has been met.

04

Plan Requirements

Some plans may include authorizations, session limits, or other requirements that affect how your therapy benefits are used.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

YOUR EMPLOYER MAY ALREADY HELP COVER THERAPY.

Employee Assistance Programs, often called EAPs, may include a limited number of therapy sessions as part of your workplace benefits. Inspired Hope Therapy currently works with Lyra Health and Spring Health.

EAP benefits work differently from traditional health insurance. Eligibility, the number of available sessions, and authorization requirements are determined by your employer's specific program.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS.

We understand that finances can be part of deciding whether therapy feels possible. If cost is creating a barrier to care, please let us know.

Insurance & Payment

We can help you understand the insurance and payment options that may apply to your care before you begin therapy.

Sliding-Scale Availability

Limited sliding-scale therapy options may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Availability can vary by therapist and current caseload.
